  28. The American Radio Relay League's _Handbook_ has some
  29. good information on curing radio frequency
  30. interference with a variety of services, including
  31. phones.  Last I remember it gave specific model
  32. numbers for standard telco RFI filters.

  34. The radio station and telco are probably both
  35. operating properly -- lots of newer phones are
  36. extremely sensitive to RFI that older phones built to
  37. Ma Bell specs wouldn't have picked up.
