  13. My driveway, which abuts my garden, has no drainage. A friend suggested digging
  14. a dry well 30' from the edge of the garden in the lawn so that it drains away
  15. from the garden (wouldn't want all that oil and salt from the road underneath
  16. the tomatoes). My questions are these:
  17.     1. what type of pvc should I use?
  18.     2. How deep and wide should the dry well be?
  19.     3. What kind of fill should I use?
  20.     4. Can it be done by hand (and back) ?
  21. Any advice would be much appreciated.
