  23. I have a Eureka. It's worth what I paid (which isn't much). I'm not
  24. familiar with model names; mine is an upright. It works very well on
  25. carpet and is useless on anything else.

  27. I have owned two GE washers and currently still have one. I bought one
  28. used and the other came with the house. You can't kill them. Should I
  29. ever need a new one, it'll be another GE.

  31. I have gotten good value from Westinghouse dryers and wouldn't hesitate
  32. to buy another.

  34. My parents had several Maytag appliances, by the way. Although they do
  35. last quite some time, the Maytag repairman was able to pay his rent. I
  36. think they're a little overrated myself.
