- Kevin Duff of Big Mountain Support Group has contacted local
- supporters in San Luis Obispo and reported that the BLM has
- renewed efforts to move the Dann family and other Shoshone from
- their ancestral homes. Again, the BLM has taken up cattle rus-
- tling as their main weapon against these families. After public
- outcry, including efforts on APC networks and a PBS special
- report, the BLM had suspended this action until now.
-
- The situation appears to be urgent, and any help in getting the
- word out would be appreciated. Suggestions as to who supporters
- could contact: fax numbers, phone numbers, addresses etc would
- also help. Perhaps someone out there has a contact on the Clinton
- transition team who could help???
-
- Thank-you. Aho.
