  12. I think I found the solution to Kristin's problem with getting
  13. on line at ULowell. I called Judith Kelley and had her delete
  14. Kristin's name and then re-enter her again with the standard password.  I tried it from the high school and was able to get online with
  15. her name.  Could you help her again and give me a call
