HI there. NOw, I'm not really the guy to ask,  have NO experience in that sort of thing, but I know a lot of guys, (including myself) Like it a lot when a gal asks them out. As for a place to go, seeing as he doesnt talk much, suggest a place where you can both talk easily. The movies isnt the best place for chatting.
