  26.   Has it?  I don't see that it has.  If I read things correctly, they
  27. 'got off' because they had actually licenced the things that they were
  28. accused of 'pirating' from Apple.  The very fact that there is
  29. licencing involved in these issues is destructive, and I've yet to
  30. see Apple announcing free access to the use of user interface ideas
  31. that they claim a patent on.

  37. issues here as this does sound pretty contradictory..
