  14. I've not seen a FAQs for this group,
  15. but I have (I hope) a relatively simple
  16. new-user question (pointers to a suitable
  17. FAQ would be appreciated).

  19. In the MSDOS version of Ghostscript,
  20. how does one zoom and pan a given page displayed
  21. on a VGA monitor?

  23. For the first page, I can use something like:
  24.  GS> -400 -400 translate
  25.  GS> 3.0 3.0 scale
  26.  GS> (myfile.ps) run
  27. but in the mode that I am currently running,
  28. the subsequent pages are reset to letters
  29. of unreadable size (I do not seem to be able
  30. to insert the translate/scale commands
  31. between the pauses).

  33. Can I go backwards to a previous page?
  34.  
  35. Am I overlooking something in the DOC files?
