  19. There is a great little French restaurant in Crystal City, at the corner of
  20. 23rd St and Eads, called Chez Froggy.  It is small, short on atmosphere, but
  21. not nearly as pretentious as other French places I have been.  The service has
  22. always been superior, and the food is out of this world.  I would recommend the
  23. Rack of Lamb, the Beef Wellington, or any of the fish. And save room for 
  24. dessert!
