  14. It seems that there is more than one person in the world who would like to customize
  15. the icons on the desktop.  I, too, am interested in modifiying the icons I have on
  16. the desktop to truly represent the applications that are running in the window 
  17. (primarily, Xterm windows).

  19. For what it is worth, the man page for olwm does provide an example of how to use
  20. a different icon with shelltool that works.  Unfortunately, the same thing does not
  21. work with XTerm (which is what I need for my applications).  To make things even more
  22. lively, I have seen this done with SunView icons, so it would seem natural that 
  23. OpenWindows would have this capability.

  25. Please, if anyone knows how to make this modification, POST IT for all to learn from.
