- I am in the process of installing (or rather, reinstalling) UNIX TeX
- on a replacement for the applications disk that died on my Sun more
- than a month ago. But there is one matter the internal READMEs and
- installation notes do not adequately address, IMO, and I suspect more
- than one of you can be of assistance.
-
- Unfortunately for me, I last fought my way through this 4 years ago,
- and the fiddlin' details have leaked out of the infamous RotenMemory
- (tm).
-
- Once the cmfonts are unpacked ( cat cmfonts.tar.Z.* | zcat | tar xf - ),
- where do I _put_ the subdirectories pk118/, pk300/, and tfm/ ? Not to
- mention gf/ ? When I 'mv' them to the TEXFONTS directory, TeX does not
- seem to see them ?
-
- Thanks in advance.
