- When I print a book containing PostScript files imported by reference,
- I get lots of `Cannot open imported graphic file .' messages. However
- ( ^ is this punctuation
- or is it really trying to open this file?)
- when I print the individual chapters I experience no problems. Am I
- doing something stupid or is this a bug?
-
- Also is there any way of printing the book in a reduced format (the
- thumbnails option doesn't appear on the book Print Document box)?
