- I would assume that the potentional buyer is more attracted by HP 9000,
- SS10/30 and IBM's RS6000 products, since there are already applications
- available. The DEC Alpha workstations are placed in the technical market
- and will probably not sell to management or as database server etc.

- Probably DEC will sell more OpenVMS systems with an Alpha cpu first, since
- the existing VMS customers demand faster (and cheaper) systems. (Is VMS
- available on the stations?)
