  29.    I talked to a senior Product Manager (of the Sparcserver 2000) and
  30. they DO have 20 processors machines running.  However, they don't plan
  31. on selling them until they have the OS tuned appropriately which is
  32. why they will be only selling the 2 to 8 processors versions starting
  33. (?) in april.  My guess is that Solaris 2.2 will come out then.

  35.    And two lucky sites are getting them about now, I don't know who it
  36. is.  We chose to buy a 690 + upgrade rather than go direct to Sparccenter 2000.
