- There is *no* compatibilty mode *inside* the kernel. Device drivers
- and STREAMS modules must be ported or recompiled.

- This is the sore spot of the entire Solaris 2 story. The optional
- software is lagging behind a lot. Have a look at the SunLink
- and SunNet products. Same story.
