- An alternative solution would be to get a Centronics style parallel printer
- cable for the LX. I haven't seen the list price yet, but if it is the same
- cable as for the SS-10, it is $75/B. Then purchase an HP LaserJet-4m. The
- LJ-4m is a dandy printer that does PostScript at 600 dpi for a *very*
- reasonable price. The equivalent edu discounts for the SPARCPrinter and
- the LJ-4m make them very nearly the same price. Also, with Solaris 2.x
- the PostScript printer support is bundled, so you won't need TranScript or
- NewsPrint software to drive it.
