  15. we got a little problem here with our Sparcstation IPX and the external
  16. disk drive Maxtor P0-12S. Sometimes we get the message
  17.  
  18.     esp0: current command timed out for target 1 lun 0
  19.      sd1: scsi transport failed, reason reset, retrying command
  20.  
  21. Now I've heard that there might be a problem with the esp0-driver and the
  22. 'read-ahead-cache' from the Maxtor-drive. Sun says that the 'read-ahead-cache'
  23. should be disabled. Does anybody know *how* to disable this function, if it is
  24. there ?
