  12. I have recently installed a modem on my Sparc 2 running 4.1.2 and 
  13. OpenWindows 3, following instructions in the manualS.  I can dial in okay,
  14. and I can dial out provided I am *not* in a command (or shell) tool in
  15. OpenWindows.  That is,
  16.     tip cua0
  17. connects me with my modem if I run it from the "bare" unix prompt, but
  18. results in
  19.     all ports busy
  20. from within OpenWindows.  Can anyone help me fix this?
