- David Haight of Tektronix mentioned both CAI and upgrading your 93D to
- a 93PXi.

- One thing he did not mention is SGI's Impressario product, which
- includes a filter to convert from PostScript to a number of bitmap
- formats. Impressario 1.0 does not directly support the 93D, but with
- TekPhaser it does support the 94SX and 94DX.

- The 'fromps' filter you ask about is not trivial, as David mentioned:
- if it were Adobe would be out of business quickly. Impressario,
- however, provides a simple command-line filter for converting from
- Color PostScript to several bitmap formats.
