  33. Just modify the WEEKABK.ENV file to do this.  In line 1, the 20th character
  34. position defines which character to look for to determine the "PEND"
  35. fucntion.  The documentation included with WEEKABK indicates a " " (blank,
  36. space) character will include all  yearly appts.
