- Maybe not. Is this some fourth party clone? It may be
- a bum machine (the NIC shouldn't cause this).

- If you have time, try low-level formatting the hard disk,
- and don't install any TSR's or anything else - just the
- NetWare shells. Then, if it doesn't happen anymore, add
- the TSR's one by one and see what happens.

- Basically, it's either a Virus, and bum machine, or a conflict
- with one of the TSR's (including memory manager) that you have
- loaded.
