  36. Maybe not.  Is this some fourth party clone?  It may be
  37. a bum machine (the NIC shouldn't cause this).

  39. If you have time, try low-level formatting the hard disk,
  40. and don't install any TSR's or anything else - just the
  41. NetWare shells.  Then, if it doesn't happen anymore, add
  42. the TSR's one by one and see what happens.

  44. Basically, it's either a Virus, and bum machine, or a conflict
  45. with one of the TSR's (including memory manager) that you have 
  46. loaded.
