- : No I have 500 PC's that I want to use to mount Netware NFS. Since PC's
- : and their addresses are somewhat volatile; us (FTP Software) being true
- : believers in the centralized approach (DNS) vs. the distributed
- : approach ( host files) want our NFS servers to use existing network

- : Yes but I want it now :-). I really would like to pitch the Sparc into
- : the test lab, put Ultrix out to pasture, but to do so I need a Netware
- : NFS server that plays the way NFS servers are supposed to.
-
- :
- : And while we are at it, it needs PCNFSD for the 27th time :-).
-
- WHY?
-
- If you have PCNFS then you must have at least one UNIX box
- somewhere on your network, and it can run the PCNFSD.
-
- If you don't have any Unix boxes then it would be a waste to have PCNFS.
