- Wrong. An ImageWriter II cable running between two macs will function
- as a null modem connector, letting the user link the machines over a
- serial connection (ie, two terminal apps, etc.).

- Localtalk cables are wired differently, and have fewer pins.
- The connector boxes contain terminating resistors that
- automagically work when only one device is connected. It's a
