  11. It was alive and kicking until it ejected a floppy and
  12. after a short idle turning noise it will not come to live
  13. again. It does swallow the disk but the machine doesn't know
  14. about it (or it seems so).

  16. This is the original Sony super drive that came with my IIsi
  17. more than a year ago. I did move the system earlier but did
  18. not drop it or something of the sort.
