  11. I just heard a rumor today from the local Mac dealer in my area that
  12. Apple may be reorganizing support for the higher education market.  It
  13. seems that, in this area at least, support through local dealers may
  14. be discontinued, with Apple servicing higher education markets directly.

  16. Has anyone else heard something similar?  This may just be a problem
  17. with this local dealer, but I wonder if it would affect university
  18. bookstores and computer resellers.
