  18. That is always a subjective decision that you must make as the
  19. purchaser, for everything, not just computers.  Why buy a car this year,
  20. when next year they will have better mileage and CD players?  Why buy
  21. a stereo now, when next year it will be cheaper and smaller and
  22. have a remote?  Etc.

  24. You can never catch up - as soon as the color pb comes out, then
  25. there will be more colors and faster.  And then 3D color.  Or something
  26. better.  Buy when you can't wait any longer.  If you can wait forever,
  27. then you never needed to buy.
