- My experiences with PreOwned a few years ago were pleasant, but that was
- Apple ][ stuff. I find that they are very pricey on Mac used hardware. For
- example, they sell 20Mb Miniscribes for something like $125 or $150, and
- they buy them for $<=50, and you can pick up the same drives on the
- used market for ~$60-$75. How do I know? I saw their selling price,
- and I had (9) 20Mb drives, called them up, and those were the prices
- given.
-
- I have never bought or sold mac hardware to/from PreOwned, only called
- for a few prices. However, for Apple][ stuff, they were pretty much
- the endallbeall.
