- It's awkward, but at least some of this can be done with a hack
- called the "TOM INIT II" ... TOM means "tear-off menus", I guess.

- I tried it for a while, but ended up dividing up screen use between
- B&W text apps that can be driven from the keyboard and menu-intensive
- stuff that looks better on my main monitor anyway. Two menubars would
- be nice, though. Multiple monitors also make the X- and MS- Windows
- "in-window" menu style look more attractive.
