- I have had a similar problem with my regular DeskWriter... Since the
- DeskWriter has AppleTalk built in, you can use the AppleTalk mode. Although
- this is a bit slower, it spools the document to the disk, therefore preventing
- the computer from sending too much to the printer. I would be curious to know
- what program you were using when this happened. In my case, I was running
- SuperPaint 3.0 with a very large (150+K) draw document with numerous draw
- items. The printer would start fine, get about ten head passes, and then give
- me the buffer overrun error. When I rana it in AppleTalk, it worked fine,
- although took longer to print (I was printing from a Classic though...). Hope
