  19. Quadra onboard video can drive a 2-page display at up to 8 bits/pixel 
  20. (bpp) on a Quadra 700 or 900 and 16 bpp on a Q950.   With a monochrome 
  21. display you're limited to 256 gray levels (i.e., 8 bpp), so any Quadra 
  22. will work.  You will have to add 2 VRAM SIMMs to a Q700 to get 8 bpp, but 
  23. it does 4 bpp right out of the box.  The Apple TPD is definitely 
  24. compatible with the Quadras.  I'm not sure about the Radius displays.
