  11. Why do think that the new Power PC's are not Mac's??
  12. They ARE going to be FULL BLOWN MACINTOSH COMPUTERS (yey!!!!).  Apple is
  13. abandoning the 680x0 over a period of 5 years according to Mac World (or was
  14. it Mac User) and switching over to the new Power PC RISC chips instead. 
  15. Macintosh is not being going to be phased out.  I personally love Macs.  They
  16. are the only computer I know of that has a very large "fun factor" (OK OK...
  17. yes video games are fun too like Nintendo and that sort of thing but I'm
  18. talkin' about a computer you can work on)I myself am looking forward to the
  19. new Power PC's.  Joe C.
