  25. Yes, and I am sorry to say it is not good. I TRIED  to purchase a
  26. tapedrive from the for about two month. I call  on a regular basis and
  27. every time there was
  28. another problem that was holding up the process.

  30. I ended up cancelling the order after 2 1/2 month and purchased another
  31. one that was delivered promptly.
