- Greetings oh Mac net gods! This humble techno-flunkie requests
- divine intervention of your soothsaying capabilities!
-
- I have a sometimes living, sometimes dead Mac SE FDHD that seems
- to randomly live or die depending on what time of day it is switched
- on. Seriously, if I leave the machine on, it is fine, but when
- powered off, and fire it back up, the hard drive kicks in, but the
- "Sad Mac" comes up, with one of the following error codes:
-
- 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 03 00 00 00 0E
- 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 01
-
- If anyone can translate these for me, I would be most grateful and
- offer high praises <-=
-
- PS - for bonus points, a Mac SE where my wife works is giving:
-
- 00 00 00 05 and 00 00 00 0E
- 02 00 02 00 00 00 02 00
-
- Translations of these would be also appreciated.
