- You have it backwards. The 1304S is a multisync (auto-synchronous)
- monitor, while the 1320 is a fixed-horizontal-frequency monitor for
- standard VGA signals. The 1320 is thus cheaper (approx. $340+ vs. $560+
- for the 1304S). As far as I know, the 1320 will work only with those Macs
- that can output a VGA signal (e.g., LC, LC II, Quadras) while the 1304S
- will work with any Mac's built-in video, assuming you have the proper
- adaptor. The 1304S also supports multiple resolutions, if you have the
- right video hardware and software. For example, I'm using a 1304S with
- an E-Machines Futura SX video card on my IIci, and I can switch on-the-fly
- from 640x480 to 832x624.
