  23. Oh yes, the LC Lite (or the Performa 250). Sad little machine that's going
  24. to be.

  26. The processor will be a (possibly customised) 25MHz '030 in a pizzabox, but
  27. its going to suffer the same slow board clock speed problems the IIvx has,
  28. even if it does have a 32-bit wide data bus.

  30. Not only that, the machine will be using a 40Mb IDE hard drive (no SCSI
  31. port) and there will not be any LocalTalk either.

  33. About the only benefit will be that Apple plans to market the LC Lite, with
  34. a display, for under US$1,000.
