  20. the same problem, I called the support number at Helix Technologies
  21. and they faxed me a four page explanation describing exactly how to
  22. handle this situation.  I got the fax within 15 minutes.  Now if I
  23. could only get my registration number and the marketing info on Helix
  24. Express that they promised me about two months ago, I would be really
  25. happy!!!
