Lately i have been working a lot with Filemake Pro 1.0b2. I think
it is a great program but there are still a few problems/questions
which I can't solve. Hopefully there is somebody out there who
can help me.


Is it possible in FMP 1.02 to 'link' files? So that if you press
button x you switch layout x in a different FMP file?

Is it possible to have the same field twice on a layout and to be
able to enter different data?(or have them auto-enter an increasing
number?) I know there are repeating fields but they make it only
more difficult. My example: Imagine an order sheet. 5 rows with
first an increasing number(autoenter?), then a desciption,price
etc.... If I use a repeating field there is no increasing nr.,
and if I just want to list the non-blank fields it always lists
all the 5 repeating fields whether they are empty or not.

But if I use a normal field multiple times then a value entered
in one field automatically shows up in the others and vica versa.

any help would be appreciated
