  23. I assume you mean version 3.1.  In this version, there are 3 print qualities:
  24. best, normal, and draft.  Normal is equivalent to best on previous versions.
  25. Best is for higest quality output, and mainly shows its advantages if you use
  26. the sahdding options for grayscale output (In fact, you must use Best to get
  27. these features).  I suspect that is why it is so slow.  Try Normal mode.
