  15. I recently acquire a 386DX/25mhz motherboard with 
  16. 8mb of ram (80ns sipps).
  17.  
  18. After installing a hard-drive & Trident 8900 (1mb) 
  19. SVGA card, along with other stuff (keyboard, modem, etc.),
  20. upon booting (cold), once in a while the system just
  21. hangs (before memory check) and I have to do another boot, 
  22. then it'll work.

  24. Other times, when I am running ANY applications (Windows esp.),
  25. I will get a cleared blue screen with the message: 
  26. "MEMORY PARITY ERROR" in the middle of the screen.
  27. Again, I usually have to reboot (a warm boot usually works).

  29. If anyone has any knowledge of what is wrong, please respond
  30. either through direct e-mail or post the message here.
