- Personally, I think since the PCMCIA slot is there that's a moot point.
- You can fit up to many MB's of rom on one of these small cards. Plus the
- load times for this would be instantaneous.. I think however the Cross
- DOS support would be a good reason to have a 1.44 mb floppy but you can
- still live with 720K disks for data transfer.. Also, if you are talking
- about larger files ASDG packages a great utility with ADPRO called Splitz
- and Joinz which also comes with the equivalent PC, Windows and MAC
- versions that will help break up just about any large file up over
- several disks...
