- If he really has his PSU disconnected from the motherboard and all
- the drives, it probably isnt comming up because it has no load. Switching
- power supplies are like that. Find some load resistors and load down
- the +5 and +12 with an amp or so of current draw out of the supply and
- then try to turn it on again.

- Most PSU's also have a overvoltage circuit to shut down itself if current
- draw goes thru the roof. But I would bet that he is seeing the no load
- problem.
