  20. Even  a  slight slow-down in the rate-of-increase of the defecit would be a
  21. major  accomplishment.   If  Bush  were  in  again the defecit would simply
  22. continue  to  rise  at the outrageous rate that he was already getting away
  23. with.   We  went from Carter's 270 billion defecit to Reagan's 2.7 trillion
  24. to Bush's 4.1 trillion.  (It's easy to see who the crooks are isn't it?) If
  25. the  Clinton admin raises the debt anything less then 1 trillion then he'll
  26. be doing better than Bush did, especially considering the interest.
