- Well, I wouldn't say "We sent a bunch of troops", more like the President
- sent a bunch of troops (and planes and helicopters). I didn't do it. I
- didn't even vote for the guy.

- What people? Try several thousand Panamanian civilians killed for example.
- Not to mention the heavy destruction of property. And the "Drug King" was
- another stoopid piece of propaganda. The Drug problem is much worse in
- Panama then it ever was, just run by diferent people with different CIA
- connections.
-
- >people. No one was "wiped out" dude. Both have since been shown to be
-
- Correction. Lots of people were wiped out. Oh, if it wasn't put forth by
- Mr. Genecide Bush on national TV then I guess it didn't happen huh. Do a
- little research and get a clue.
-
- >justifiable and shown that the lives of non-combatants were protected and
-
- What a joke. Neither have ever been justified in any way. Panama was
- Bush's personal problem with his crooked relations with Noreaga and Greneda
- was just simple imperialism. You simply can't justify a war (ie massive
- killing) for the gain of a few individuals. Although Bush tries hard.

-
- You can define "war" anyway you want. Viet Nam wasn't declared either but
- it was certainly a war. I'd say that when you have planes, helicopters,
- tanks, and several thousand people shooting at each other that it qualifies
- as a war. You're free to use your own definition. In fact Korea, Viet
- Nam, Panama, and Greneda are proof that the President is exempt from
- constitutional law in that he can send the military into war without
- declaring it. How convenient for the President and his buddies. But how
- inconvenient for the poor suckers that end up fighting and dying for them.

-
- Yea right, like other counties really want to be bombed by the US. This is
- certainly one of the most rediculous assumptions I've ever seen. Let me
- know when you find another small country who's leader want's to have his
- people bombed. Don't expect the leader to be too popular.
