  18. sent  a  bunch  of troops (and planes and helicopters).  I didn't do it.  I
  19. didn't even vote for the guy.

  26. Not  to mention the heavy destruction of property.  And the "Drug King" was
  27. another  stoopid  piece  of  propaganda.  The Drug problem is much worse in
  28. Panama  then  it  ever  was, just run by diferent people with different CIA
  29. connections.

  39. What  a  joke.   Neither  have  ever been justified in any way.  Panama was
  40. Bush's personal problem with his crooked relations with Noreaga and Greneda
  41. was  just  simple  imperialism.  You simply can't justify a war (ie massive
  42. killing) for the gain of a few individuals.  Although Bush tries hard.

  49. You  can define "war" anyway you want.  Viet Nam wasn't declared either but
  50. it  was  certainly  a war.  I'd say that when you have planes, helicopters,
  51. tanks, and several thousand people shooting at each other that it qualifies
  52. as  a  war.   You're  free to use your own definition.  In fact Korea, Viet
  53. Nam,  Panama,  and  Greneda  are  proof  that  the President is exempt from
  54. constitutional  law  in  that  he  can  send  the military into war without
  55. declaring  it.   How convenient for the President and his buddies.  But how
  56. inconvenient for the poor suckers that end up fighting and dying for them.

  63. certainly  one  of  the most rediculous assumptions I've ever seen.  Let me
  64. know  when  you  find another small country who's leader want's to have his
  65. people bombed.  Don't expect the leader to be too popular.
