- We have an off-the-catalog SUN CD-ROM drive for our SS-2. The question I have
- is : Can we use the same CD-ROM drive on an IBM-compatible PC, provided that
- we buy some magic SCSI adaptor card, conversion cable, and software
- driver for the PC?

- If this can be done, what is the net's recommendation on
- 1) adaptor card (could be ISA, EISA, or local bus, but not microchannel)
- 2) software driver
