  26. Definately not.  Fox was working on FoxPro for Windows long before the
  27. merger and Microsoft was working on Access LONG before just about anything
  28. happened.  Let's remember that Access has taken 6 years.  FoxPro is also
  29. XBase oriented whereas Access users enjoy Basic, which everyone already
  30. knows.
