  13. I have a 386/40Mhz with 4Mb RAM, a 40MB hard disk (with stacker2.0 -> 80MB)
  14. ,an EGA card, a genius mouse , DOS 5.0 and WINDOWS 3.1 installed.

  16. Windows works well in standard mode. It works fine in 386 Enhanced Mode 
  17. except that I cannot run MS-DOS program: they all crash the system. 
  18. I suspect the EGA card because that the only obsolete part on this system,
  19. but It might come from anywhere else !
  20. Has someone experienced the same problem. Any pointers would be
  21. appreciated.
