- For the moment I only know of one way to take text from an online
- session in Procomm Plus/Windows and save it to file for later
- printing, etc.:
-
- Enter scrollback, highlight the text, edit, copy text [to
- clipboard], and then save the file from the clipboard.
-
- My problem is that when I try to import this file (*.clp) into either
- Word or Write I get garbage at the top of the file and the text is
- shown twice, one after the other. (i.e., the email message I saved is
- shown once and then again underneath).
-
- Is there an easy way to do this without having to edit my files to
- edit out the garbage?
-
- The text shows up fine in the clipboard. I don't know if this is the
- effect of ansi codes from the highlighted text from my scrollback. I
- don't think it would be that, the garbage shows up only at the very
- top of the file.
-
- Thanks,
- Mike
