- It hasn't (yet), but the USL/AT&T lawsuit against UC Berkeley has obviously
- made CMU very nervous. Can't say I'm too surprised; after all, USL's legal
- arguments (such as they are) claiming that Net/2 is AT&T intellectual
- property can just as easily be applied to the Mach 3.0 microkernel. Not
- surprising that CMU wants to keep their head down...
