  25. It hasn't (yet), but the USL/AT&T lawsuit against UC Berkeley has obviously
  26. made CMU very nervous.  Can't say I'm too surprised; after all, USL's legal
  27. arguments (such as they are) claiming that Net/2 is AT&T intellectual 
  28. property can just as easily be applied to the Mach 3.0 microkernel.  Not
  29. surprising that CMU wants to keep their head down...
