  18. As far as software is concerned, as 386SX and a 386DX are identical chips,
  19. Coherent 4.0 runs fine on an SX. How much memory you need really depends
  20. on what you're using your system for. I've got 4MB on a 386SX and it's
  21. adequate virtually all of the time for this typically 3 - user system, but
  22. occasionally memory gets a little tight.
