- This means, when things are working normally, that your uucico managed
- to dial into the other machine just as it was trying to call you. A LCK
- file is created for a specific site when uucico starts to try to call it.

- If this situation persists, this means that uucico on the other end
- died, and forgot to remove the lock (though some uucicos will kill
- the lock if it's old enough), OR that there's a uucico process hung
- trying to connect to you.

- It's also possible that the remote site has permissions problems
- with its lock directory or the directory is missing. Which is
- /usr/spool/locks or /usr/spool/uucp/locks or something like that.
